Editors and calculator
Yes, when the plan and tool settings allow it. Customer downloads can be disabled while the studio retains STL, OBJ, or 3MF export.
Yes. A studio can configure its own materials, colors, print parameters, and pricing formulas.
Formats depend on the selected editor. STL, OBJ, and 3MF are commonly supported; the exact list and restrictions are shown in the upload interface.
Saved models and projects are available under My models. From there you can inspect a project or continue in a compatible editor.
Check that a model is loaded, required parameters are complete, and printer size limits are not exceeded. Refresh the page and try again if needed.
Account and billing
The balance pays for available 3D Formatika services. Your available amount is shown in the header and balance section.
Open Balance, enter an amount, and pay through YooKassa. The available balance updates automatically after confirmation.
Yes. Under Refunds, you can request a full or partial refund of eligible paid funds. Approved funds return through YooKassa to the original payment method.
No. Payment details are processed securely by YooKassa and are not shared with 3D Formatika.
Export and saving
Saved models and projects are available under My models. Files exported without saving a project are placed in your browser downloads folder.
The saved data depends on the editor. It usually includes model geometry and supported project settings such as dimensions, material, color, and print settings.
No. Editors run in a modern browser. Open the required tool, configure the model, and save or export the result.
